Way before I did micro macrame projects, I worked in many other media, including peyote stitch, brick stitch, and all kinds of bead weaving.   I developed many projects in these areas and taught classes for many years.  Now I have decided to release some of these project instructions individually.  You can find these instructions and new micro macrame instructions under Art Sections - New Individual Projects.
Take a look.  Hopefully they'll spark your interest.

The Altered Image Drawings gallery takes me back to my art work beginnings.  Take a look and let me know what you think.  Would you like to be able to draw something like this -- YOUR own piece of artwork?  Even if you "can't" draw i bet I can show you how to do this type of freeform drawing.  If so let me know as I am thinking about writing a book or a DVD on freeform drawings like these.

I have been reducing my teaching schedule and commitments.  I will continue to teach at Piece of Mind Beads in Sacramento, CA both scheduled classes and Focused Groups (where 5 or more people get together, choose a project or two, and then we schedule a time for the classes.  This provides the group much more focused time with me on topics and projects they are most interested in.)   I will probably NOT be teaching at any shows  (I think their classes are becoming very expensive for the students and the show is disruptive on the class), but I will be available to teach at Bead Guilds or Societies, which I find WAY more fun.  So if you have a group and are interested please contact me by e-mail or call 530.263.1191 for Bob or I.
