This is my 1st Koi painting on silk. I can get more detail using dyes on silk, therefore it takes me longer to paint. The photo for this painting was taken by me. It is painted on 16mm Habotai silk with Jacquard and Dupont dyes and mounted on 25 x 30 canvas.
