Skagit Valley north of Seattle is covered with tulips in the Spring…it’s BEAUTIFUL! We visited last Spring and I took quite a few photos. Visit in March/April if you can! This is painted on 16mm Habotai silk with Jacquard and Dupont dyes and mounted on 20 x 24 canvas.
