The light came in from my skylight and shone on my black countertop, on which I had an Orrefors crystal vase holding a rose. I grabbed my camera and took 5 different shots. I have painted 4 of the 5. This watercolor was painted on Arches 300# paper. It is framed, total size is 34 x 41.
